At One Salon and Spa, we stand by our services with an unyielding commitment to excellence. We are unable to offer refunds on salon services, but our dedication to your satisfaction knows no bounds. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with any service at One Salon, kindly inform our management within 7 days of your appointment. We ask that you return to the salon to allow our service provider and management to inspect and address any concerns.
We pledge to promptly address any issues by scheduling a complimentary redo appointment with the original designer within 10 days of your initial service. Should you prefer to work with a different designer, standard service rates will apply for any redo services.
We deeply value your appointments at One Salon, as they are a testament to the trust you place in us. Every appointment is a dedicated time reserved exclusively for you. While we understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary, we kindly request 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other guests and optimize our team's availability. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a nonrefundable deposit requirement for future bookings.
One Salon accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and personal checks. Please note that a $35 bank fee will be applied to any checks returned due to insufficient funds. We regret to inform you that we do not accept American Express.
For certain specialized services such as extensions, weddings, and texturizing treatments, One Salon may require deposits to secure your appointment.
While gratuity is not included in our service pricing, we deeply appreciate any acknowledgment of exceptional service. You may express your gratitude at your discretion. Kindly note that we are unable to process gratuity payments via credit card.
